All Nexlife devices carry a 12 month limited warranty from purchase date on the device and 6 months on the battery.

All batteries are guaranteed to have an 85% or higher health rating on arrival.

In the unusual event that something does go wrong, we request that you initially rule out that a software fault or bug has not caused the issue. In a lot of cases, modern smartphones and tablets experience software issues which are usually resolved with a simple software upgrade or software restore on your device. If this does not resolve the issue please contact the team at Nexlife.

14 day money back return policy:

In the event that a device has no given faults and you wish to return the product under our 14 day money back guarantee, the device must be in the same condition as received with box, accessories and Sim card bundle. Should the device be returned in a “not as sent” condition, then there will be deductions from the refunded amount charged. (If there is any physical damage a repair fee may apply.)

We will assess the device and isolate the fault as well as identify if the fault has come from a result of physical damage following which our team will be able to advise further details.

Physically damaged devices are NOT covered under ours or the manufacturers warranties. If the fault is minor our qualified technicians will repair the device within a 2 day turnaround from receipt. If we cannot repair your device we will replace it with the same or equivalent device at our discretion. You are entitled to a replacement within the stated warranty term for a major failure.

A return authority (RA) must be obtained prior to sending the product(s) back. If a customer has not contacted us prior to sending the product(s) back, or have not sufficiently obtained an RA number, Nexlife will reject the return and return the parcel to the sender. Nexlife also will take no responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit if sent to Nexlife without an RA number. (Click the warranty form button to request a return).

We will provide a free reply paid address label to cover the cost of the return shipping. It is advised to package the return carefully and to add tracking to the parcel.

Please note that devices returned that have not been signed out of iCloud will not be accepted, if the device is dead please use a computer and access www.icloud.com to sign out of the iCloud account.
