The warranty covers issues or defects with any part of the device as long as the warranty terms have been followed, Including but not limited to faults with the speakers, charging port, buttons, microphone & screen (as long as no physical damage).

14 day money back return

In the event that a device has no given faults, and you wish to return the product under our 14 day money back guarantee, the device must be in a condition as received with box, accessories and Sim card bundle. Should the device be received in a “not as sent condition” then there will be deductions from the inv amount charged. (If there is any physical damage a repair fee may apply.)
