Once a device goes through our strict 61 point testing and diagnostic process we get one of our technicians to grade the device into a cosmetic value (This is where we look at scratches, dents or any physical imperfections) which will in-turn fit into the following matrix:

 

Open Box

Looks and feels almost like new and comes with the original packaging, however the retail box itself has been opened or slightly damaged. In some cases the product may have extremely minor handling marks or may have been used for demonstration. 

Fully tested and functional, provided with a 12 month warranty.

Good-Life

Near New

Looks and feels almost like new, however does not come in the original box, In some cases the product may have light usage marks or may have been used for demonstration.

Fully tested and functional, provided with a 12 month warranty.

Ex-Demo

Ex-Demo condition may have some light to medium wear and tear or usage marks, however does not come in the original box.

Fully tested and functional, provided with a 12 month warranty.

The six steps to processing a used device:

  • Collection : Safe and reliable transport inbound of device purchased.
  • Erasure & upload of new software to the device.
  • Diagnostic testing of 61 points of device (Any repairs are done on the spot).
  • Grading and cleaning of device ready to sell.
  • Retail packaging and adding accessories & collateral to the device.
  • Pack safely & dispatch device via reliable freight companies anywhere in Australia.
